In this role, you will

Lead business execution and application support activities across multiple CIB business groups, supporting day-to-day operational needs while contributing to larger strategic, technology, and platform initiatives.

Drive effective management of business requests, production issues, enhancements, and delivery priorities, helping ensure solutions meet business needs, improve operational efficiency, and support a strong user experience.

Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, data, and technology needs, translating business requirements into actionable solutions and helping troubleshoot issues across CRMs and interconnected platforms.

Work independently to evaluate business needs, identify potential solutions, and provide recommendations and subject-matter support to business partners, product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders.

Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, migrations, onboarding efforts, and control-related activities, including identifying dependencies, coordinating business validation, mitigating risk, and supporting implementation readiness.

Collaborate with business and technology partners to define requirements, develop implementation plans, document processes, and support changes to applications, integrations, reporting, and operational procedures.

Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners to coordinate delivery, resolve operational issues, communicate impacts and dependencies, and drive business initiatives through implementation.

Develop a strong understanding of the applications and underlying business processes to effectively connect business needs, data, technology, integrations, and operational impacts.

Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through, taking assigned work from initial research and analysis through documentation, coordination, testing, and completion.

Work independently on moderately complex assignments, completing appropriate research and analysis before escalating and clearly communicating findings, recommendations, risks, or decisions needed.

Balance strategic initiatives with operational priorities, supporting transformation, migration, and enhancement work while helping address application and business support needs when required.

Actively identify opportunities to improve how work is performed, including reducing recurring support needs and leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, and reusable solutions where appropriate.

Build effective partnerships across Product, Business, Technology, support, data, and control teams, proactively coordinating dependencies and keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and decisions needed.

Support disciplined product and technology delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, defect resolution, release validation, application migrations, implementation readiness, and post-implementation support.

Manage multiple priorities effectively in a changing environment, maintaining visibility into actions, dependencies, deadlines, and outstanding decisions without requiring significant day-to-day direction.

Apply sound judgment and appropriate risk awareness, recognizing when an issue can be resolved independently and when additional Product Owner, Technology, risk, or business involvement is needed.

Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn, and develop knowledge across platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, nCino, Teams-based applications, SharePoint, Jira, and other tools supporting the business.
