We are looking for a Senior Commercial Integration Engineerto join our EMEA Fuel Business team. You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer engagement, and technical solutions, supporting strategic fuel opportunities across the EMEA region. You will lead offer development activities and coordinate diverse teams to develop competitive solutions that meet customer needs and improve business growth.

About the role

As a Senior Commercial Integration Engineer, you will serve as the Offer Lead during the sales and tendering process. You will work closely with our Fuel Business Managers, Fuel Solutions Engineers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Contract Management teams.

You will drive opportunities from initial customer engagement through proposal preparation, governance approvals, contract award, and order recognition. We are looking for you with great commercial understanding, project management skills, understanding of Westinghouse governance processes, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders throughout the company, countries, and product lines.

You will report to the EMEA Fuel CI Manager and you can be located at any Westinghouse location in EMEA. Hybrid work schedule. You will occasionally travel within EMEA and other Westinghouse locations globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial offer development activities for fuel opportunities across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop customer proposals.
  • Drive proposal planning, scheduling, risk management, and governance reviews.
  • Work closely with Fuel Business Managers and Fuel Solutions Managers to support customer strategies and business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, legal, finance, and project management functions.
  • Support pricing strategies, bid/no-bid decisions, and commercial evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Westinghouse governance processes and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial integration and offer development processes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Logistics, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • 10+ years experience in commercial project management, tender management, technical sales, business operations, engineering, contract management, or related disciplines.
  • Commercial and financial understanding, including the relationship between sales, margin, cost, profitability, and risk.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical and commercial information into customer-focused solutions.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Experience within the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of nuclear fuel products, fuel services, or fuel business operations.
  • Experience working with international customers and multinational project teams.
  • Additional European language skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic sales opportunities, business development activities, or capture teams.
