2L Session: June 28, 2027, through August 6, 2027

Please note that OCI serves as a preliminary screening interview. All candidates must submit a formal application through our system by February 1, 2027, deadline to be considered for the program. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a final interview following the application deadline. Final hiring decisions will be announced in the second week of March 2027.

Internship Overview

We are seeking highly motivated future personal injury litigators to join our legal team for the Summer Associate Program. This program is designed to provide valuable hands-on personal injury experience, exposure to diverse legal issues, and an opportunity to work alongside some of the premier plaintiff personal injury lawyers in the country.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of issues
• Draft legal documents, memos, and correspondence
• Assist in case preparation and document management
• Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects

Qualifications

• Completed at least 1 year of law school
• Strong academic record
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in personal injury law
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
