About Thesis
Thesis is an independent agency working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology. We partner with ambitious brands to solve complex business and marketing challenges and create ideas, experiences, and systems built to scale. We're evolving how we work to bring thinking and making closer together, build more accountable teams, and use technology and Al to expand what's creatively possible.
Role Overview
As a Senior Designer at Thesis, you are a multidisciplinary creative who executes thoughtful, refined design solutions across channels. You balance conceptual thinking and technical execution, contributing meaningfully to campaigns, brand identity systems, and digital experiences while beginning to mentor more junior designers. You turn creative concepts into execution-ready design deliverables with a high level of polish, working both collaboratively and as an independent workstream lead. You bring a meticulous eye for detail and craft, consistently delivering precise, high-impact visual solutions that elevate our clients' brands.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design Excellence & Execution
- Develop brand, digital, campaign, and packaging design deliverables with a high level of polish and craft.
- Independently translate creative briefs and strategic direction into impactful, execution-ready visual solutions across multiple channels.
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring consistency, precision, and visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
Creative Collaboration & Conceptual Contribution
- Partner closely with Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Actively contribute original ideas and conceptual thinking during brainstorms and early-stage creative development.
- Translate overarching creative concepts into clear design frameworks and execution-ready assets.

Lead smaller design tracks or workstreams, operating independently or solo when required.

- Experienced in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary creative teams while being comfortable owning design tracks independently within broader programs.
- Driven by a strong sense of craft, technical precision, and curiosity for emerging tools and design techniques.
