Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking Attorneys to join our trial practice in our Los Angeles office and work on complex, high-stakes litigation.

About the Role

Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are looking for attorneys with 2-7 years of experience in litigation. In this role, you will gain experience in all areas of civil litigation, including hands-on trial experience working with trial teams that have successfully defended Fortune 500 companies in some of the country’s most challenging venues.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters
• 2.Assist in developing case strategy and client counseling
• 3.Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy
• 4.Handle court appearances and argue motions
• 5.Conduct legal research and analysis
• 6.Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• 7.Work with fact and expert witnesses
• 8.Take and defend depositions
• 1.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2.2-7 years of experience with an interest in litigation
• 3.Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• 4.Experience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling discovery
• 5.Trial experience or interest in trying cases
• 6.Admitted to practice in California

Salary Range

Starting range is $200,000-$230,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors including years of experience and skill set.
