POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Systems & Infrastructure Analyst designs, implements, secures, monitors, supports, and continuously improves the organization's technology infrastructure. The role leads medium- and high-complexity initiatives, resolves advanced technical issues, and coordinates local execution with vendors, Information Security, business stakeholders, and specialized Headquarter’s Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure Engineering
Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, networks, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, datacenter and hosted services.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Ownership
Own complex incidents through stabilization, lead root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Security & Risk
Support hardening, vulnerability remediation, security controls, audits, compliance, and security-by-design.
Monitoring & Observability
Analyze alerts, logs, capacity, availability, and performance to identify service degradation proactively.
Resilience
Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency.
Infrastructure Projects
Lead medium- and high-complexity implementations, testing, risk analysis, documentation, and operational transition.
Technical Coordination
Act as the highest local escalation level when required and coordinate vendors and Headquarters specialists.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in infrastructure, systems, networks, or IT operations
- Windows and Linux administration experience

- Strong communication and documentation skills

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this 35 hour-per-week, full time role includes a base annual salary in line with the market and the applicant’s experience, plus eligibility for discretionary Bonus.
