Summary

• As an Accounting Specialist II, you will play an essential role in the accounting functions of the
• organization. This position is expected to process all rental fleet additions and disposals timely and
• accurately and perform minor reconciliations. Attention to detail, flexibility, and multitasking are essential for this role. This position does not require travel.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage additions to the rental fleet to ensure they are added accurately and timely and post necessary journal entries
• Manage disposals from the rental fleet to ensure they are accounted for accurately and timely and post necessary journal entries
• Perform reconciliation, and propose journal entries for minor reconciliations relating to rental department
• Follow company processes and procedures to obtain proper approvals
• Maintain SOX compliance in all processes
• Provide support to internal and external auditors as it relates to these daily responsibilities
• As this position becomes more efficient and proficient, will also consider assigning further responsibilities
• Skillfully use computerized accounting and financial management systems
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Stable work history
