Title: Sr. Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We at Accelirate, are aiming to 4x our current traffic in the upcoming two quarters and are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Expert to drive this imitative. As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy, improving search engine rankings, and driving targeted traffic to our website. We are in our high-growth phase and love to collaborate with people who can take ownership, have strong bias for action and can deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve site performance and optimize website content and structure for search engines.
• Collaborate with content creators and development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated while developing high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance the website's authority and pursue relevant opportunities for high-quality backlinks.
• Own tracking, analytics, measurement, and reporting for entire content marketing function with actionable insights.
• Stay abreast with search engine algorithms and proactively implement strategies to align with evolving best practices.

Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a demonstrated history of successful SEO strategy implementation in Tech, IT or SaaS ecosystem.
• Proven experience in leveraging SEO in building organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
