HR Generalist, Full-time, Days Shift (8 Hours)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years’ experience working in employee and or labor relations with emphasis on generalist functions.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and other specialized training preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Effective oral and written communication along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
• Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation
