About Erin Condren
At Erin Condren, we believe in the power of paper to help people organize, express themselves, and celebrate life’s moments, both big and small. We’ve built a vibrant community that finds joy in planning, creativity, and connection. We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Content Manager to bring our products and stories to life through compelling, versatile content across our marketing channels.
Position Overview
The Creative Content Manager will concept, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content that supports Erin Condren’s broader marketing goals - from organic social and paid advertising to email, SMS, ecommerce, and customer retention. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role for a resourceful creator who can take an idea from brief to finished asset, while also managing day-to-day organic social publishing and helping grow our community. The role reports to the Head Photographer and works closely with the SVP of Marketing and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Independently concept, shoot, edit, and deliver photography, short-form video, Reels, TikToks, product demos, and authentic UGC-style creative.
- Develop compelling product storytelling around personalization, planning inspiration, product features, and real-life use cases.
- Own content production from ideation and scripting through styling, filming, editing, captions, and final asset delivery.
- Build a consistent pipeline of fresh, brand-right content; organize and adapt assets for efficient reuse across channels.
Cross-Channel Campaign & Paid Creative
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Ecommerce to produce assets for organic social, paid ads, email, SMS, web merchandising, and retention campaigns.
- Create new paid-ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creative variations for testing; refresh assets to reduce creative fatigue.
- Develop content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and key selling moments.
Performance & Collaboration
- Review content performance across engagement, reach, traffic, click-through, conversion, and paid creative results; use insights to improve future concepts.
- Partner with Photography, Design, Marketing, Retail, and Customer Experience to plan shoots, meet deadlines, and maintain visual consistency.
- Manage multiple production priorities independently and maintain organized content libraries, workflows, and deliverables.
- 4–6 years of hands-on content creation, creative production, or brand/social content experience, ideally in consumer lifestyle, retail, or ecommerce.
- Strong portfolio of personally produced photography and short-form video, demonstrating concept development, filming, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with video-editing and content-production tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent), plus comfort shooting with cameras and/or mobile devices.
- Excellent creative judgment, copywriting, organization, and ability to produce high-quality assets quickly with limited oversight.
- Experience adapting creative for paid social, organic platforms, email, and ecommerce; ability to interpret content performance metrics.
- Comfort collaborating with influencers, creators, and cross-functional partners; knowledge of platform trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; based near Austin and available in office or store at least 3 days per week.
Who You Are
You are a creator first: curious, resourceful, and comfortable both in front and behind the camera and in the editing suite. You can move from a product idea to a finished, platform-ready asset without waiting for a large production team. You care about brand storytelling and the business results great creative can drive, and you enjoy building authentic connections with a passionate community.
Why Join Us
At Erin Condren, we value creativity, connection, and authenticity. You’ll join a collaborative team that celebrates individuality and empowers others to find inspiration through paper and planning — with an opportunity to shape the content that brings our brand to life.
Salary: $85k-$90k
