The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Pay Range: $130,600.00 - $235,100.00

The Director of Enrollment Management is accountable for new starts and enrollment results for their school. This is a highly accountable, high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior leadership. The Director owns the execution of the enrollment experience for their school, collaborates with stakeholders to optimize the digital experience, and directly shapes Enrollment Department outcomes. The Director works with the other school Directors to keep enrollment practice consistent and aligned with the strategic direction of the VP of Enrollment.

The Director is accountable for the team’s performance, sets clear expectations and delivers results that fit university goals and department responsibilities.
