Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will turn complex trading and market data into actionable insights that directly influence how and where we trade. You will build reporting and visualisation tools that the team relies on to steer our strategies, uncover opportunities hidden in large datasets, and help us make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced quantitative trading environment. Working closely with traders and quants, you will have responsibility from day one: testing ideas, challenging assumptions and bringing fresh perspectives to the table.

You will also collaborate with the quant team to develop and refine our models, from building datasets and running back tests to validating performance in live trading.
