ROLE You own a book of 300 education creators after the sale: course creators, coaching businesses, and education operators. You keep them on Whop, grow their revenue, and get them onto more of the product stack. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom.
You own the book and your number. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage a book of 300 creators - Own retention and expansion. NRR is your number. - Get your accounts to adopt payments, ads, treasury, cards, and new product offerings - Know each account, its numbers, and its next step - Fix problems yourself instead of handing them to support WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Ex-founder or operator background in education, coaching, or courses - Top performing AM / CSM who owned retention and expansion for a book of creator or SMB accounts - Track record of growing accounts, not just keeping them - Comfortable talking to the person who owns the business COMPENSATION / PERKS - Best in class base + OTE with competitive equity - Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office - Equinox membership - Lunch & dinner M–F - Rent stipend within 0.5 mile of the office - Citi Bike - Ubers home after 10pm - Unlimited PTO + health / vision / dental - Latest MacBook Pro
