- Department: Marketing
- Reports To: Head of Content & Storytelling
- Location: Austin, TX
About the Role
The Social & Community Manager runs WIN’s organic social, our micro-influencer program, and the reviews and forums parents check before they buy. Players spark the purchase, and parents only pay after checking reviews, forums, their coach, and other parents. This role works on both sides of that decision.
You’ll amplify athlete and proof-story content on our channels, recruit and manage more than 100 micro-influencers in youth baseball and softball, and make sure WIN shows up well wherever parents do their research. Success is measured by an engaged community, a creator program running at full volume, and strong review health.
Key Responsibilities
Micro-Influencer Program
- Recruit, brief, and track 100+ micro-influencers across youth baseball and softball.
- Scale the program to full volume during summer travel and showcase season.
- Track performance and manage creator fees within budget.
Reviews & Community
- Monitor and grow WIN’s reviews across the places parents check before buying.
- Show up in forums and communities where parents and coaches talk about training.
- Flag product feedback and customer issues to the right teams.
Team & Structure
Reports to the Head of Content & Storytelling.
Close partners: Brand Marketing Manager, VP of Marketing, customer support, and the content production partner.
