About the Team

Workday is the trusted AI platform for enterprises across the world to manage their people and money. As a Product Manager in the Total Benefits product area, you will support our strategic partnership growth initiatives by building a new platform for benefits. Our mission is to reimagine how customers deliver exceptional benefits to employees while managing cost.

We are seeking a product leader to define and execute the vision for partner ecosystem integrations within our benefits platform. In this role, you will capitalize on platform economics to unlock new revenue opportunities, leading high-impact initiatives from initial strategy and zero-to-one product development through full-scale global deployment.

About the Role

• You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, with an immediate focus on scaling out existing partner swimlanes while leading expansion efforts in new domains.
• Your core mission is to think for the employer, employee and partner/provider at the same time, using technology to deliver value to each in their respective needs.
