Senior Partner Solution Architect

Location: Sydney

As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, you will build technical relationships with strategic partners to accelerate growth. You will guide partners and customers to design clear solutions using current Workiva products. In this role, you will mentor peers and expand partner capabilities across sales and deployment. Join our team to shape product success and drive innovative solutions for our global network.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers and partners to define needs and advise on Workiva solutions delivery
• Own and build technical relationships with strategic partners to expand their Workiva practice
• Apply best practice designs and resources to drive mutual business growth
• Develop and execute plans to grow partner capabilities in sales and deployment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner and customer engagements
• Gather field feedback and deliver insights to Product Marketing and Product Development
• Maintain deep Workiva product knowledge through continuous learning
• Guide and mentor peers, assist with onboarding, and lead ongoing training
• Uncover new market opportunities and define best practices with strategic partners

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with SQL, JSON, REST APIs, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Experience managing client-facing partnerships and partner relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with a focus on results and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated skill in mentoring, training, and developing others

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of 5+ years in services delivery

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

Ability to travel up to 25% for partner and customer engagements

Capability to work remotely in a dedicated home office environment
