Responsibilities
- Analyze program and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce reports, summaries, and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized datasets and tracking tools to support ongoing program monitoring.
- Support data quality reviews and help ensure information is consistent and reliable across sources.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests and contribute to special analytical projects.
- Work with team members to refine data processes and improve how information is captured and shared.
- Ensure all documentation and reports meet accessibility and formatting standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related analytical work.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, easy‑to‑understand summaries.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured information.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets, tracking tools, or basic data repositories.
- Active Top‑Secret clearance required
