Xometry Manufacturing

Staff Product Manager, Sales Operations

North Bethesda, MD +1 Hybrid Full-time

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.

Xometry is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy within our Sales Technology and Operations team. Working alongside our VP of Sales Operations, commercial leaders, and Salesforce engineering teams, you will rebuild our core sales tech infrastructure into a unified revenue and account management engine, aligned to Xometry’s segmentation strategy and to the distinct customer journeys within each. Your core mission is to ensure each segment and buyer profile gets tooling that fits how those customers buy and how their reps sell, while removing operational drag for account executives and freeing them to concentrate on revenue growth.

You will design an end-to-end sales technology stack that accelerates velocity on standard quotes, creates robust enterprise transaction rails for long-term production programs, and provides reps continuous visibility into post-order fulfillment milestones. Operating where commercial urgency intersects with deep operational complexity, you will partner with sales leadership to define the two-year sales tech roadmap while delivering continuous, high-value quarterly capabilities.

Recognizing that revenue generation demands both structured execution and pragmatic flexibility, you will build tools that grant reps instant leverage rather than administrative burden. A substantial portion of your work requires driving critical cross-functional capabilities across Buyer Experience (Website), Pricing, Post-Order, and Marketing. You will be handed open problem spaces and targeted metrics not fully fleshed out roadmap to execute.

Success requires navigating ambiguity, building clear strategic consensus across executive stakeholders, and exerting influence across organization boundaries without direct authority. This position is based out of our Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD office on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week).

How You’ll Contribute

Customer Journey Mapping: Build deep, first-hand understanding of journeys within each segment, including distinct buyer profiles inside a segment. Learn each buyer profile’s journey firsthand through customer conversations and rep shadowing, so those insights drive prioritization.

Revenue Operating System: Transform Salesforce into a dynamic revenue engine. Modernize CRM infrastructure to support multi-stakeholder coverage models and automated hold synchronizations across enterprise platforms. Establish automated data pipelines to streamline reporting and incentive tracking.

Segment-Specific Sales Motions: Support the distinct sales motions across sales segments, matching tooling to how each segment’s buyers evaluate, purchase, and reorder. Orchestrate high-velocity demand through event-driven outreach that unifies conversation intelligence and marketing tools. For enterprise programs, construct transaction infrastructure including e-procurement punchout connectors and sustainment catalogs. Deliver collaborative quote workbenches to empower sales teams on complex recurring deals.

Order Milestone Visibility: Eliminate operational blind spots by streaming real-time production and fulfillment milestones directly into sales workflows. Configure automated exception alerts to notify account teams of potential delays well before deadlines are impacted- turn operational risks into opportunities for proactive client management and retention.

Cross-Functional Product Bridges: Drive alignment and collaboration across organizational boundaries and key functional partners. Synthesize leadership input into product requirements to streamline sales productivity. Build consensus and secure cross-team engineering commitments through influence.

AI and Automated Workflows: Translate sales processes into structured specifications that intelligent systems can build and execute against while preserving rep judgment where it matters. Establish a governance framework that routes tasks to appropriate models.
