Our technology, The Atom, is already transforming how major global projects are delivered. As we continue to scale, we need a tech-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the people making it all happen. The Role You'll own hiring across our technology teams, from Software Engineering and Computer Vision to Business Information Modelling (BIM)/Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Product.

This isn't just filling roles. You'll partner with leaders, shape hiring strategy, and build pipelines for some of the most exciting, hard-to-find talent in construction tech.
