About the Role We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment across our UK, US and European teams. Ideally, you'll have a background in fintech, financial services or technology, with experience recruiting across a mix of technical, commercial and specialist roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers across Tech, Commercial, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal and other business functions, supporting hiring needs across different markets.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable managing recruitment independently, sourcing candidates for niche positions and adapting their approach to different markets and hiring requirements. You'll be based in the UK but will work with stakeholders internationally, so experience recruiting across the US and European markets would be particularly valuable.
