Funding and Payments Manager

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and people-focused Funding and Payments Manager to oversee our funding and payments operations and lead a combined team of approximately five people. With the Funding Team Lead and Payments Team Lead reporting directly to you, you will provide the guidance, coaching, and operational direction they need to lead their teams effectively. You will take responsibility for performance across both functions, ensuring funding is set up and requested accurately, payments are processed on time, and incoming funds are reconciled and allocated correctly.

This is a hands-on management role with a strong focus on developing people, resolving complex issues, and improving processes. As YouLend grows, you will help build the team’s capabilities and ensure both functions can support increasing volumes while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
