Position Overview

As ZAGG’s Senior Content Manager, ZAGG US, you will prove that the best content in the category is a profit lever. This role owns every ZAGG product detail page (PDP) on Amazon US and leads the content function, including the Content Manager for mophie and international. On Amazon, the PDP is the shelf, the salesperson, and the box all at once. PDPs are conversion infrastructure first and brand surfaces second. Content is a Net Profit driver, not a brand exercise. The goal is to have the best content in the category, measured by conversion rate and revenue per visit, and proven through testing.

The catalog is large, across two brands and many price tiers, so not every ASIN gets the same attention. You will rank the work by traffic, conversion gap, and margin, then deliver against that ranking.

We are investing to grow our marketplace business. Marketplaces are one of the biggest growth opportunities for mophie and ZAGG, and we are building a dedicated team to capture it: growing our Amazon business in the US, shifting more of it to 3P where the margins are stronger, launching across Europe, and building on Walmart Marketplace. We are also investing in software and tools that turn data into intelligence, giving the team clear visibility into margin, advertising, pricing, and the competition.

Just as important, we are changing how we work. We are building a highly agile team focused on execution and continuous improvement: every metric has an owner, decisions are made quickly on the data, tests run constantly, and what works is scaled while what does not is stopped. This is a chance to help build that team and shape how it operates from the start.

What You Will Do

PDP Content

  • Own A+ Content, premium A+, brand stores, titles, bullets, images, and video across the ZAGG US catalog.
  • Set the content standards for every brand and market, and hold every PDP to them.
  • Lead the ZAGG content overhaul with Product and Brand Marketing, starting with the highest-impact ASINs.
  • Build the content that sells the XTR upsell and closes the cases gap against category leaders.

Testing Program

Build and run the content testing program: image order, bullet structure, A+ modules, and video placement, tested against conversion rate and revenue per visit.

Use Manage Your Experiments and other test methods; roll out winners across the catalog.

Launch Readiness

  • Make sure every new SKU has conversion-ready content on launch day, not after.
  • Own the content side of Apple launch windows, including compatibility details and timing.
  • Catalog Health and Discoverability
  • Audit the PDP from the customer’s view, including search indexing, badges, sustainability tags, and other ranking and conversion signals. Fix the gaps.
  • Work with Operations to resolve content-related suppressions and variation issues quickly.
  • Own keyword strategy for titles, bullets, and backend search terms.
  • Ratings and Reviews
  • Own the review volume and quality program, including Amazon Vine, to protect ZAGG’s review advantage and lift mophie.
  • Feed review and return insights back to Product and Sales.

Team and Vendors

Lead the Content Manager, mophie & International. Set priorities, review work, and share test results across brands and markets.

Manage creative agencies, photographers, and freelancers to a clear budget and timeline.

Key Decisions You’ll Make

  • The ZAGG content priority list: which ASINs get refreshed first, based on traffic, conversion gap, and margin.
  • The testing roadmap, and which test winners roll out across the catalog.
  • Content standards for images, video, A+, and brand stores.
  • Whether a new SKU is launch-ready from a content standpoint.
  • Which ASINs are enrolled in Vine and other review programs.
  • Creative vendor selection and content budget allocation.
  • How content resources are split across ZAGG, mophie, and international.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Experience

  • 6+ years of e-commerce content experience, with at least 4 years focused on Amazon.
  • Experience leading content for a large, multi-brand catalog.
  • Track record of improving conversion through content testing.
  • Experience managing people and creative vendors.
  • Consumer electronics or mobile accessories experience preferred.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Mastery of A+, premium A+, brand stores, video, and image strategy.
  • Amazon SEO: keyword research, indexing, and backend search terms.
  • Testing: Manage Your Experiments and test design.
  • Vendor Central and Seller Central catalog tools, including flat files.
  • Strong creative judgment backed by data.

The Intangibles

  • You judge content by what it does, not how it looks.
  • You test before you assume.
  • You hold a high bar and deliver on time.
