Senior Manager Service Provider Operations (all genders) 3PL Return Centres

Location: Berlin

As Senior Manager Service Provider Operations (all genders) you are the main contact person for multiple 3PL return centres. You will ensure that the agreed service levels are met and you will constantly look for ways to provide our customers with an even better Zalando experience.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You will represent Zalando to our fulfillment partners and be responsible for the operational steering of 3PL locations throughout Europe.
• You will strategically manage and support our 3PLs to focus on excellent quality of outputs and challenge outputs against targets and standards, while clarifying objectives and defining milestones.
• You will take ownership of all operational and commercial key figures and agreements with our partners (KPIs, SLAs, Social Standards, HSSE etc.).
• You will lead and support interdepartmental projects, e.g. in the context of CIP's, and control the implementation at the warehouses.
• You will be the main contact point for internal stakeholders regarding all RC related topics.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• A university degree in economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or a comparable degree
• Deep understanding of logistics processes with 5 years of experience in contract logistics and/or the management of service providers
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Excel and Google tools
• Analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach and goal-oriented communication in English and German, additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel to the locations of our fulfillment partners in Europe
