What We're Looking For

This role is vital for maintaining our current sustaining engineering velocity, debugging driver, kernel-level, and AOSP stack issues, and executing immediate resolutions for high-priority customer escalations (SPRs) for key enterprise accounts.

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Sourcing, analysing, and executing code fixes for priority Android OS BSP and driver-level issues .
• Actively managing and resolving customer escalations within strict SLA limits to maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) among top-tier accounts.
• Participating in the weekly SPR cadence to ensure critical account SLAs remain compliant.
• Workbench & Technical Tooling: The engineer will have to work on developing ECRT Developer Workbench , also few other tools, Triage Kit, Zresolve ,Arrest, Arrival, Customer Health, and Engineering Design Feedback
• Risk and Business Impact of Non-Approval

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications

BE/B. Tech into Computer Science or ECE or Information Science.

At lest 6 Months expereince into Android OS BSP development or designing Embedded System Architect.

Preferred Qualification

Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape.

Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement.
