Location: Romania / Bucharest
Key Responsibilities
- Update the monthly sales forecast: review stock levels, sales and statistical forecast, propose and request adjustments, validate the final forecast and enter the data into the planning system (Arkieva)
- Manage the S&OP process for your own portfolio: S&OE, Demand Review and S&OP meetings
- Prepare weekly stock coverage reports and communicate zero-stock alerts to other departments
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the Supply Planning team to confirm or adjust delivery dates
- Track Supply Chain KPIs (OOS, inventory, forecast accuracy, obsolescence) monthly, analyze values and trends, and build action plans
- Coordinate Supply Chain activities for product launches and transfers
Requirements
Education: University degree
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and competencies
- Advanced MS Office skills; experience with ERP or forecasting systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity, persistence and adaptability in complex and often changing environments
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced English is mandatory
