How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide project requestors through creation of project scope, business requirements, and business process flows. Assist users with testing scenarios and scripts
- Create simple, flexible, efficient, and effective solution designs (processes and functional requirements) to satisfy project objectives
- Actively listen and effectively communicate with business and technical resources, identifying gaps in communication and leading problem solving activities
- Lead projects, solutions and/or processes of low to medium complexity through initial phases of the software delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with sponsors to plan initiatives, create project budgets, build business cases, clarify cost/benefit proposals, define project objectives, and establish resource requirements for project.

Your Background
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related professional IT/IS experience, OR Associate 's degree and 6+ years of related professional IT/IS experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of related professional IT/IS experience is required.
- Experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, and process diagrams required.
- Experience with SAP S4 is beneficial.
