What You Can Expect

Responsible and accountable for the collection of past due invoices and monitoring of assigned customeraccounts to maintain past due and credit risk at a minimum in a GBS environment. Work closely with CustomerService and Sales Organization. Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issuesand disputes raised by customers and internal stakeholders. Focus activities on being customer-minded, whileachieving corporate DSO goals and minimizing bad debt exposure

• Responsible to monitor assigned customer accounts and tightly follow-up on past due accounts.

Your Background

• Professional degree in any finance area
• 2 Years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience and advanced education.
• Preferred experience in accounts receivable.
• Responsible and accountable for the collection of past due invoices and monitoring of assigned

customer accounts to maintain past due and credit risk at a minimum in a GBS environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues and disputes

raised by customers and internal stakeholders.

Language Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese & English
