We're scaling quickly past £50m ARR, and our marketing is moving from a channel-led function to a brand and story-led growth engine. 📋 The role: We're looking for a hands-on content leader to own how Zinc tells its story. You'll set the creative and strategic direction for our content, from campaign concepts and messaging to thought leadership, case studies and video, and you'll build the frameworks and processes that let the team scale it.
Our remit is growing into UK mid-market, global hiring businesses and enterprise cross-sell and upsell. That needs dedicated, multi-medium campaign content across the whole customer lifecycle. You'll lead it, and you'll still be close to the work.
