Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate deugro's Azure AI platform and AI Lab environment, creating the foundation for the organization’s AI capabilities
- Identify, design, build, and deploy AI solutions that create measurable business value
- Develop and maintain AI applications using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence
- Collaborate with application owners and integration specialists to connect AI solutions with business systems in accordance with established architectural standards and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions
- Establish AI engineering best practices, governance standards, security controls, and cost management processes
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations on AI innovation and future opportunities for deugro
- Act as a trusted AI advisor and technical expert, helping teams adopt and leverage AI technologies through hands-on delivery and technical leadership
