- Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users.
- (tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training)
- Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.).
- Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions.
- Lead or actively participate in global tool & system developments supporting the company’s strategy.
