Intern - Marketing - Project Management

• This is a year-round hybrid internship requiring both remote and on-site work at our Fort Wayne, IN office. The ideal candidate would begin working part-time hours beginning in April 2027.
• In this role, you will…
• Support divisional marketing initiatives by executing various marketing projects using our project management system.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
• Capture detailed meeting notes and transcribe recordings when requested.
• Help ensure adherence to quality standards, processes and compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Use MedPro’s provided systems and processes to communicate project updates and needs with team.
• Participate in company and community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

with…

Minimum of 1 year of college in business or related field.

Strong

verbal and written communication skills.

Strong

• organizational skills.
• Possess capability to self-start projects and
• leverage proactive communication in the process.

Proven

ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.

Strong PC

skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
