Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate process requirements with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Experience in analyzing complex workflows and translating them into clear, actionable process designs.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and their impact on business process architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and business concepts.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
