Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Experience in solution definition to meet complex capability requirements.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges in dynamic environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
