Role Summary

As a SAP BTP Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong focus on SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), and AI-driven solutions. The role requires leading integration initiatives, collaborating with multiple teams, driving technical decisions, and ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP Integration Suite and related SAP BTP technologies.
• Lead the design and development of end-to-end applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
• Design, develop, and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Integrate SAP BTP applications with SAP S/4HANA and external enterprise systems.
• Drive the implementation of AI-enabled and agentic use cases leveraging SAP AI Core, SAP Joule, and third-party AI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and technical decisions.
• Provide scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution recommendations considering flexibility, maintainability, and business requirements.
• Lead project coordination activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve integration and development processes to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and platform issues across heterogeneous application landscapes.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and enterprise integration design.
• Experience leading integration and application development initiatives across multiple teams.
• This position is based at the Bengaluru office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
