As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and code review processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned technical solutions.
