• We're seeking a Senior Manager, DevOps, Platform Engineering & Transformation to lead strategic engineering initiatives, advise senior technology leaders, and help organisations transform the way they build and deliver digital services.
• This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, consulting expertise, technical leadership, and people development in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

What You'll Do

• Advise senior technology stakeholders on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and engineering transformation strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessments and define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape large-scale engineering enablement programs spanning people, process, security, governance, and technology.
• Define enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Guide the implementation of modern CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud, and automation capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, delivery, and security.
• Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across complex technology environments.
