Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Should have experience on DevsecOps.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Must have experience in DevSecOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools related to cloud platforms.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
