Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 5-9 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
• Lead requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, impact analysis, and solution validation activities.
• Analyze, triage, and investigate business defects/production issues, perform root cause analysis, assess business impact, and work closely with development and QA teams to drive resolution.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and validate delivered solutions against business expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements through implementation and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Requirement Engineering.
• Proven expertise in analyzing business bugs, defect management, issue triaging, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business issues into actionable requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive requirement discussions and defect resolution across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, and Workflow Automation.
• Knowledge of API integrations, data analysis, and business process optimization.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Expected Outcome: Drive successful business delivery by owning requirements, analyzing and resolving business defects, improving processes, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and customer expectations.
