In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned outcomes.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and optimization.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
• Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
