You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and SAP teams across Singapore and APAC while leading a team of Ariba functional consultants and AMS analysts. The role provides an opportunity to shape continuous improvement, strengthen service operations, and apply automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AMS delivery across incidents, service requests, change requests, problem management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven resolution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders, leading regular governance reviews covering service performance, backlog, risks, priorities, and roadmap discussions.
  • Provide functional leadership across SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management (CLM), Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, catalog management, supplier enablement, and reporting.
  • Oversee SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA MM/FI, including purchasing transactions, goods receipt confirmation, invoice posting, supplier master synchronization, budget validation, and account mapping.
  • Monitor integration health through SAP Integration Suite, CIG, and related interfaces; coordinate resolution of integration errors and systemic issues across functional and technical teams.
  • Lead impact assessment, regression testing, release readiness, and go/no-go recommendations for SAP Ariba quarterly releases.
  • Maintain AMS runbooks, configuration documentation, and knowledge assets while strengthening ITIL-aligned service practices and continuous improvement.
  • Lead team capacity and workload planning, knowledge transfer, capability development, and adoption of automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of relevant SAP Ariba experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations involving integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong AMS or production-support delivery experience, including SLA governance, incident/problem/change management, ITIL practices, and experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Deep functional expertise across SAP Ariba Sourcing, CLM, SLP, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, supplier enablement, catalogs, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and procure-to-pay processes, including PR/PO processing, supplier master data, goods receipt, invoice processing, and related Ariba dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integration using SAP Integration Suite/CIG, including interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and error management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing service delivery and engage effectively with cross-functional Procurement, Finance, IT, functional, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of interdependencies between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA master data, purchasing documents, integrations, and downstream processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading AMS teams supporting business-critical SAP Ariba environments across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba quarterly release planning, regression testing, change impact assessment, and production readiness.
  • Experience applying automation, AI-enabled delivery approaches, analytics, or continuous-improvement methods to AMS operations.
