SAP SD (Manager- Director)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Manager–Director to lead large-scale SAP Sales and Distribution transformation programs and end-to-end SAP implementations. This role will be responsible for driving solution strategy, program delivery, business process transformation, and stakeholder engagement across complex SAP landscapes.

As a senior leader, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable SAP Order-to-Cash solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. You will also contribute to practice growth, team development, and strategic client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales transformation programs across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Drive solution design and architecture across Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery processing, returns management, credit management, and customer master data.
• Manage multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, business process reengineering initiatives, solution reviews, and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with functional and technical teams across SAP modules, including MM, FICO, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM/CX, to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Sales transformation, solution innovation, and industry best practices.
• Support business development activities, including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit conversations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, implementation, and transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD and strong knowledge of S/4HANA Sales capabilities.
• Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash process design and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Sales or SAP SD certification.
• Experience delivering greenfield, brownfield, or selective transformation S/4HANA programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP Customer Experience (CX), or SAP EWM.
• Experience leading regional or global transformation initiatives across multiple countries.
• Consulting experience within large-scale technology transformation environments.
