Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis within Agile environments
• Experience in the Banking space
• Knowledge of the wealth management domain
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to produce clear, structured, and unambiguous requirements
• Understanding of data-driven systems and AI concepts
• Proficiency with tools such as GitLab, Gitlab Wiki, a plus are UX/UI tools (e.g., Giffy, Figma)
• Interface Integration & API Knowledge
• Familiar with API definition formats and standards (e.g. OpenAPI/Swagger using YAML, WSDL/SOAP using XML)
• Understanding of RESTful and SOAP-based web service architectures
• Able to read and interpret API specifications and contracts to define integration requirements
• Data & Query Understanding
• Understanding of database concepts and data modelling
• Able at least to read SQL queries to validate data requirements and trace data flows

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Candidate requires to work from Client office Pune Kharadi 3 days a week.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
