You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system architecture and command-line tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operating system and application issues.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning techniques.
• Ability to manage user permissions, security settings, and system updates effectively.
• Understanding of scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
