The Finance Director is a senior finance leader responsible for providing financial oversight across Accredited's MGA program business and reinsurance portfolio. This role leads the finance review of new and existing programs to ensure they are financially sound, appropriately collateralized, accurately forecasted, and aligned with the Company's risk appetite and strategic objectives. Working closely with Finance, Treasury, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Program Management, Risk, Legal, Accounting, Claims, and senior leadership, the Finance Director evaluates program economics, financial assumptions, collateral sufficiency, profitability, and emerging financial risks while providing independent recommendations to executive management.
The role also oversees the preparation and governance of quarterly reinsurance reporting, collateral monitoring, and financial forecasting.
