Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Management de l'Innovation - Chargé de Projets Innovation Digitale (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département « Digital Innovation » en charge d’accompagner le département sur l'exploration, le déploiement des technologies digitales émergentes, ainsi que la mise en place des pratiques d’innovation.

Votre stage consistera à aider l'équipe à explorer, prototyper et promouvoir le potentiel business interne des technologies digitales émergentes (technologies immersives RA/RV/RM/jumeau numérique, intelligence artificielle, calcul scientifique). Vous jouerez un rôle de facilitateur, de catalyseur et de traducteur technologique pour transformer des concepts complexes en parcours utilisateurs phygitaux engageants et diffuser la culture de l'innovation au sein des équipes métiers d'Airbus.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à

• Veille technologique et qualification du potentiel business : Assurer une veille active sur les ruptures technologiques clés (IA/GenAI, VR/AR/MR, jumeaux numériques, calcul scientifique) et évaluer leur valeur d'usage ainsi que leur pertinence métier pour Airbus.
• Prototypage et conception d'expériences phygitales : Participer à la création rapide de prototypes fonctionnels et concevoir des parcours utilisateurs fluides et ergonomiques combinant les environnements physiques et digitaux.
• Promotion, vulgarisation et acculturation : Agir comme un catalyseur d'innovation en traduisant des concepts techniques complexes en récits marketing, démonstrations concrètes et cas d'usage à forte valeur ajoutée ; sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux enjeux, au cadre de gouvernance et aux perspectives des projets innovants.
• Animation et facilitation d'ateliers : Préparer, faciliter et animer des workshops interactifs et des événements publics afin d'encourager l'adoption des nouvelles technologies et de développer la culture d'innovation collaborative.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Traduction de concepts technologiques complexes en solutions applicables aux métiers (tech translation)
• Conception d'expériences de pointe axées sur l'utilisateur (interactions humain-machine et parcours phygitaux)
• Gestion de l'innovation hybride et facilitation d'ateliers collaboratifs à la croisée du design, de la tech et du business

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure

Vous êtes actuellement en Master (M1 / M2 ou équivalent bac+5 d'école d'ingénieur ou de design) en Sciences du Numérique, Design ou Innovation Transdisciplinaire (Design d'Interaction/Immersif, Interaction Homme-Machine (IHM), Sciences Cognitives, Expérience Utilisateur) ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes

Compétences techniques

• ○ Solide culture et forte curiosité pour l'écosystème de l'Intelligence Artificielle (GenAI, LLMs), des technologies immersives (RV/RA/RM, jumeaux numériques) et/ou du calcul scientifique
• ○ Capacité à appréhender des architectures numériques complexes pour en extraire de la valeur d'usage et concevoir des parcours utilisateurs ergono-centrés
• ○ Maîtrise des concepts de cartographie de l'expérience utilisateur (UX mapping) et de prototypage rapide

Soft Skills

• ○ Esprit hybride et transdisciplinaire ("creative technologist") passionné par l'intersection entre design, technologies numériques et enjeux business
• ○ Excellentes capacités de communication, d'aisance relationnelle et d'expression en public pour animer des workshops et vulgariser la technique
• ○ Curiosité naturelle, fort désir d'apprendre et résilience face aux démarches de test-and-learn / essai-erreur

Your mission, should you accept it

An internship offer entitled "Innovation Manager - Creative Technologist Internship (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse Blagnac site. You will join the "Digital Innovation" department in charge of supporting the department in the exploration and deployment of emerging digital technologies, as well as the implementation of innovation practices. Your internship will consist of helping the team explore, prototype, and promote the internal business potential of emerging digital technologies (immersive technologies AR/VR/MR/digital twin, artificial intelligence, scientific computing).

You will play the role of a facilitator, catalyst, and tech translator to turn complex concepts into engaging phygital user journeys and spread the culture of innovation across Airbus business teams.

This internship, for a duration of 6 months, will ideally start in January (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main missions will consist of

• Tech watch and business potential qualification: Maintain an active watch on key technological shifts (AI/GenAI, VR/AR/MR, digital twins, scientific computing) and evaluate their usage value as well as their business relevance for Airbus.
• Prototyping and phygital experience design: Participate in the rapid creation of functional prototypes and design seamless, ergonomic user journeys combining physical and digital environments.
• Promotion, tech translation, and acculturation: Act as an innovation catalyst by translating complex technical concepts into marketing narratives, concrete demonstrations, and high-value business use cases; raise awareness among employees regarding the challenges, governance framework, and perspectives of innovative projects.
• Workshop animation and facilitation: Prepare, facilitate, and lead interactive workshops and public events to encourage the adoption of new technologies and foster a collaborative innovation culture.

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will notably allow you to develop the following skills:

• Translating complex technological concepts into practical business solutions (tech translation)
• Designing cutting-edge user-centric experiences (human-computer interactions and phygital journeys)
• Hybrid innovation management and collaborative workshop facilitation at the intersection of design, tech, and business

Your boarding pass for this adventure: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 / M2 or equivalent 5th-year engineering or design school degree) in Digital Sciences, Design, or Transdisciplinary Innovation (Interaction/Immersive Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, User Experience) or an equivalent field.

Ideally, you possess the following skills

Technical Skills

• ○ Solid culture and strong curiosity for the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem (GenAI, LLMs), immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR, digital twins), and/or scientific computing
• ○ Ability to grasp complex digital architectures to extract usage value and design user-centric journeys
