MUNIvers is seeking a Municipal Principal Solutions Consultant with hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong understanding of municipal operations. You will work with municipalities across Canada to modernize business processes, implement Salesforce-based solutions, and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines

municipal sector knowledge, proven Salesforce implementation and configuration experience, and strong consulting skills to translate business needs into practical, customer-focused solutions.

About the Role

As a Principal Municipal Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with municipal leaders and stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through implementation, training, go-live, and ongoing optimization.

You will leverage your municipal and Salesforce expertise to help customers streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and maximize value from the MUNIvers platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Analyze municipal business processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and system configurations.
• Configure and support solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Support data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex functional issues.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous product improvements

Desired Experience

• You bring municipal and salesforce knowledge, a customer-service mindset and an interest in using technology to improve how work gets done. Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
• Municipal finance, property taxation, assessment, utility billing, revenue or receivables.
• Customer service, municipal administration, land and property management or cash receipting.
• Financial systems, ERP or municipal software, process improvement or data management.
• Salesforce experience is highly desirable, particularly in consulting, implementation, or solution design roles.
• Candidates with strong municipal experience who are interested in expanding their Salesforce knowledge are encouraged to apply.
