About the Role
Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
Responsible of quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
Ensure, manage, control, monitor team member mapping database (mapping align with TSR’s skill), database distribution and utilization also database strategy per vintage and campaigns by daily basis
Analyse database traffic and sales result (gross and quality) everyday
Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
Collaborate with QA team to fixing and increasing team quality performance by weekly and/or monthly or whenever needed.
Responsible of sales capacity every month as targeted by AIA
Coach and develop SPV and TSRs by regular basis
Responsible and provide reports by daily, weekly and monthly to Sales Manage and/or DMTM team
Collaborate with TDX team for TSRs skill development
