Your Role with Us
As a Product Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing AIA’s product portfolio, helping ensure our solutions continue to deliver meaningful value for customers, advisers, distributors, and shareholders.
Working within the Product & Marketing team, you will combine market insight, customer understanding, and commercial thinking to guide product strategy and deliver impactful product change initiatives. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, leading initiatives from concept through to implementation while contributing to innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.
