How will you contribute and grow?

Für unser Standard Operations Team suchen wir dich: Unterstütze uns bei der Optimierung unserer digitalen Prozesse.

Stammdatenmanagement: Anlegen von Kunden, Wiederverkäufern und Händlern sowie die sorgfältige Verwaltung der Stammdaten in unseren ERP- und CRM-Systemen.

Vertragsmanagement: Zuverlässige Durchführung von Änderungen an Verträgen und Konten.

Bestandspflege: Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Kundenbeständen auf Anfrage.

Prozessoptimierung: Proaktive Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz, zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Profitabilität sowie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kunden- und Händlererfahrung.

Are you a match?

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.

Sicher Umgang in SAP, Salesforce sowie Google Workspace.

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C2). Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.

Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für den aktiven Austausch mit Schnittstellen wie Customer Service, Vertrieb, Finance und Disposition.
