Dayforce Implementation Test Lead

Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Requirements

• Build and maintain the test strategy, cycle schedule, entry and exit criteria, and test coverage mapped to approved requirements.
• Coordinate system integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and payroll parallel testing with the relevant owners.
• Prepare test scenarios and data covering employee lifecycle events, country requirements, security roles, interfaces and downstream payroll impacts.
• Assign work to testers, review execution evidence and help business users complete testing consistently.
• Own the test repository and defect process. Lead triage with business and technical teams, confirm severity and business impact, and coordinate retesting.
• Report test progress, blocked scenarios, unresolved defects and readiness risks to the Project Manager and PMO.
• Produce test completion summaries and a readiness recommendation. Obtain documented business acceptance from accountable functional owners.
• Support cutover rehearsals, go-live validation and hypercare defect resolution; hand over reusable test assets to HRIS.
